The Sunday Times described us as
“one of Britain’s coolest, biggest, hippest pools”.

Special Notices
Storm closure procedures
In the event of thunder storms we will have to ask you to leave the water immediately. An ‘all clear’ to re-enter the water will be given once there has been a 20 minute lapse between thunder rolls. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost swimming time.

Weak and non-swimmers must stay in the shallow end with an adult and not go past the point marked on poolside. We highly recommend weak and non-swimmers wear approved buoyancy devices.

Avoid the Queues by Booking Ahead
You can now buy swim sessions, ‘memberships’ of 10 or 20 sessions or classes and season ‘memberships’ online. Just choose ‘Hampton Pool’ when asked to ‘Find your nearest centre’.
You no longer have to book a normal swim session in advance, but doing so will guarantee you a spot at busier times.
You do not need to have an account with Hampton Pool but you will be given the opportunity to set one up at the end of the transaction. Setting up an account speeds up future purchases and give you access to your own personal dashboard (see below).
Sessions become available to book six days in advance, ususally at 08:00. All sessions have a waiting list feature which you can join when the session is full. The waiting list works on a ‘fastest finger first’ basis, meaning all of the people on the waiting list will be sent a link to secure an available slot regardless of position on the list.
New Booking and Online Sales System
Alongside our smartphone booking app, we are introducing the GladstoneGo system to our website. Once you login, you can access the following:
- Dashboard shows how many visits you have made in in the last 30 days; gym and classes activities in the last 30 days; how many days since your last visit; and the ability to book a session or a subscription.
- Bookings shows your upcoming sessions;
- Book allows you to choose what and when you’d like to book a session;
- Basket is where you pay for your bookings and ‘memberships’; and
- Account shows your personal details, allows you to update your password and add a payment card.
If you have difficulty logging in, we recommend you reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and follow the instructions.
This is a new system and at this point it doesn’t show how many sessions you have left on your 10 and 20 swims/classes ‘memberships’ (formerly ticket books). We are working on introducing this feature.
If you have any issues using the new system, please let us know so we can make improvements.
While we are introducing this new system, you can still book online as before:
Enquiries
If you need to get in touch with us regarding your subscription, bookings or any other issue, please use this enquiry form and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Thank you.

Be more like Grahame!
Hampton Pool is celebrating its centenary year with #100 Challenge!
To swim 100 miles in 100 days, that is Grahame’s challenge. He is making a terrific effort – he smashed his £1k challenge and has increased this to £1,500.
Along the way he will swim 100 strokes; 100 metres; 100 lengths; 100 km; and visit the pool 100 days; by which time he will have swam 100 miles. In total, that is 4,471 lengths of the 36 metre open air Hampton Pool.
What’s it all for?
Grahame is raising funds which contribute to the refurbishment project, building for the future and community of Hampton pool.
