Tell Sport England what you think about Hampton Pool

Please support us by filling in a 5 minute Sport England survey about Hampton Pool. You will need to be 16 and over and have used any of our services in the last month.

This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Filling in the survey may help future funding requests made for Hampton Pool.

Sport England and the local authority are undertaking research to understand the participant experience of using public leisure centres and their activity habits. Hampton Pool contributes to public swimming provision in Richmond-upon-Thames although it is not a local authority run pool. It is run by YMCA St Paul’s Group on behalf of Hampton Pool Trust and both are registered charities.

Responding to these questions is entirely voluntary and the answers that you provide will be presented in aggregate form, and not be linked back to you in any way. In accordance with GDPR, please be reassured that your personal details and individual answers will remain confidential and will not be passed to any other organisation.

Your feedback will help us to improve Hampton Pool

Please complete this survey to share your thoughts about your experiences of using the Hampton Pool on your last visit to the centre. For the purposes of this research, please answer all questions exclusively in relation to Hampton Pool and disregard any other leisure centres you have visited. Your input will help us understand how customers use this centre and improve both its facilities and services going forward.
