We are now regularly running special yoga and circuits courses for children of all ages.

Yoga

Our yoga courses are split into two age groups and both sessions with be held on a Saturday.

Saturday mornings

4-7 year olds – 10:00-11:00 download booking form...

Each session costs £5.50.

Circuits

Tuesday afternoons

8-15 year olds – 5:00-5.45 download booking form...

The Tuesday afternoon sessions are perfect for children whose siblings are having swimming lessons at the same time!

Each session costs £5.50.
