The new Poolside Gym has stunning views of the tropical blue waters of the pool. The light and airy gym provides the perfect space for your workout and is fully loaded with some of the latest Techno Gym hardware.

Our membership packages are outstanding value and start from only £25.00 per month (excluding a one-off joining fee).

The air-conditioned gym operates in a friendly relaxed way with a minimum of supervision, although trained staff are in attendance at all times. All new members have to undertake a complimentary induction course and a personal fitness programme can be arranged for you, if you wish.

Have you ever wanted a personal trainer?

You can arrange for a personal trainer to get you to that level of fitness you desire. In one to one sessions for £30 for each one hour or alternatively a personal fitness programme can be designed for you. Call reception for more information.
 
Circuit classes in small groups can be organised.
