As you can see from the banner on the right, the most exciting line-up for our fund-raising Summer Picnic Concerts has been announced. Just added to The Puppini Sisters bill as special guests are The Humphrey Lyttelton Band. Since 'Humph's' passing last year, the band have continued to keep his music alive and will add a very special start to a great evening's entertainment.

Open air theatre comes to Hampton Pool and YMCA Hawker Centre in Kingston
New for 2009 comes a series of exciting open air theatre productions on the lawns of Hampton Pool and YMCA Hawker Centre. Tess of the D'Urbervilles, A Midsummer Night's Dream, As You Like It, Wind in the Willows, Babe and The Three Musketeers are the plays we will be featuring over the next four months. Help us out and get cheap swimming lessons!
As part of our training programme for new swimming teachers we are running a series of lessons where we can offer cheaper lessons than usual for the children that take part. This is a great opportunity to help us and help yourself.
We are especially looking for children who are able to swim more than 25 metres.

Over 60s swim for free!
Swimmers with a Richmond Council Leisure Card from are eligible to free swimming at Hampton Pool at the following times:
Monday: 6am-12pm
Wednesday: 10am-12pm
Friday: 10am-12pm and 6pm-9pm
Don't forget your card as we can not allow people to swim for free without one. |
