Welcome to the heated water of our open
air pools. Hampton Pool, known as “South West London's
best kept secret” is situated
in two acres of woodland next
to Royal Bushy Park. Our main pool is
36 metres long and we also have
a learner pool
dedicated to children and their parents.
In a recent article, The Sunday Times described us as "one of Britain's coolest, biggest, hippest pools".
The water in our pools is heated throughout the year. We provide for
the
community 365 days of outdoor swimming, yes,
you can even have a swim on Christmas Day! more...
Our pools are monitored by a team of professional
lifeguards, providing a safe environment for
swimmers of all ages and abilities.
The main pool is split in half at all times to allow for lane swimming on one side and family swimming and fun on the other.
Spend a day with us swimming and lazing in the sunshine,
remember it’s cheaper and warmer than a
family
trip to the seaside. Customers even tell us that a day at Hampton Pool is like being
on holiday!
We also offer limited free parking.
New SPINCYCLE Class
We have a new Spincycle class starting on Friday 11th May.
Friday mornings from 10.45 - 11.30 am this high energy class is a great way to get a kick start for the weekend!
£7 for adults and £6 for concessions.
Numbers are limited so arrive early to avoid missing out.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings
Please note:
On Tuesdays and Thursdays we will be closed for school lessons as follows:
From 8th May 9 am - 11.15 am
From 22nd May 9 am - 12.15 pm
Excluding 31st May and 5th and 7th June.
From 24th July we will be closed 9 am - 12 pm for our TnT Activity Club.
Wednesday morning lane swimming
Please note
From 9th May the two nearside lanes will be closed for private hire 7 - 8.30 am. There will be two public swimming lanes at this time.
Summer Picnic Concerts 2012 - tickets on sale NOW!
Hampton Pool Summer Picnic Concerts have become a not-to-miss feature of summer in South West London. And they're back for 2012, marking ten years since the first concerts at the Pool. Over the years, the number of concerts has grown from two to six – and there will be six again this year. We've got some iconic performers, including some new acts:

...and two tribute evenings – but what tributes!

STA Beginner and Full Teacher Courses
If you are interested in becoming a Swimming Teacher we will be running Beginners Courses, NARS Pool Rescue courses and Full Teacher courses this year form late February.
Please contact reception if you are interested in any of the above courses.
Please note that a Full Teachers qualification can only be taken with an up-to-date Beginners certificate. Thank you.

Storm closure procedures
In the event of thunder storms we will have to ask you to leave the water immediately. An 'all clear' to re-enter the water will be given once there has been a 20 minute lapse between thunder rolls.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost swimming time.
